Our licensed technicians carry common pump models and electrical components on the truck — many repairs are completed in a single visit.
Tank inspection & pump-out
We inspect the tank condition and measure sludge depth. If pumping is due (or overdue), we pump it on the same visit with our 3,000-gallon vacuum truck.
Effluent filter cleaning
A clogged filter restricts flow and causes the alarm to trigger. We remove, inspect, and clean the filter on every maintenance visit — a simple task that prevents costly downstream damage.
Pump performance testing
We run the effluent pump through a full cycle and measure run time, check for unusual noise, and confirm the pump is moving the correct volume of effluent.
Float switch testing
We manually test all floats — on/off, and high-level alarm — to confirm they're positioned correctly, moving freely, and triggering at the right levels.
High-water alarm test
We verify the alarm activates correctly, the audible and visual signals work, and the panel is in good condition — so you know you'll be warned if something goes wrong between visits.
Service report & record keeping
After every visit, we provide a written report of findings and recommended actions. Over time, this builds a complete history of your system — invaluable for future maintenance and real estate.
